To get back to normal operation, I replaced the PCI SIL 3114 controller by a PCIe SIL 3124 controller. Also no chance getting this to work, Win 10 device manager refuses to install the driver. I tryed the driver from Delock driver CD (that SIL 3124 controller was made/sold by them) and from Silicon Image / Lattice Semicon website, they all can't be installed. Delock user manual and package box says, that the controller is compatible to Windows 10.

Hello and thank you for the quick reply. The controller's BIOS is the actual one, as checked on the Lattice website. I just tryed again to install the driver from device manager and that is the message, translated from german message: 2ff7e9595c
